Luke's Milestones

-Luke learns to walk - 14 months
-Luke learns to crawl - 8 months, 1/28/09

-Luke sat up at 6 months

-Luke eats baby food at 6 months

-6th tooth - Top left eye tooth - 14 mo. old.

-5th tooth - Top right eye tooth - 13 mo old.

-4th tooth 3-30-09. Top right 11 mo. old.

-3rd tooth 3-10-09. Top left. 10 mo. old.

-2nd tooth 1-6-09. Bottom right. 8 mo. old.

-Luke broke his 1st tooth at 7 mo. Bottom left. 12/20/08.

-Luke first illness: 7 mo. old. RSV. Breathing treatments every 4 hours. Scary for Mom and Dad. 12/10/08.

-First Smile, 6 Weeks

Brady, Cassidy and Bella love baby Luke, they are great older brother and sisters. They love to help hold, dress, change and play with Luke. We are all having so much fun.

Luke was blessed on June 22, 2008. He started smiling at about 6 weeks, and was obviously excited about being blessed.

Luke started rolling over (from front to back) when he was 2 weeks old. I keep asking him to stop growing but he refuses to listen.

Luke and Avery

This is Luke's cousin Avery. She was born 10 days before Luke. It is so much fun to have them so close together.

What a sweet baby. Luke has the sweetest spirit. He sleeps really well and hardly ever cries. Everyone just loves to hold him and mom never puts him down.

Baby Luke - May 1, 2008

This is our beautiful baby boy Luke Kenton. He was born on May 1, at 7:59 am. He weighs 7 lbs. 12 oz. 20 1/2 in. Everything went well with Melissa's C-section. The day after did not go so well, Melissa ended up getting a spinal headache. for those of you who don't know, these are caused by leaking spinal fluid, from around the brain, through a hole left from the spinal block. They are extremely painful. To fix this problem, the doctors do another epidural and patch the hole with blood. It was scary but luckily Melissa's good friends Darin and Elise Jensen were there. Darin gave Melissa a blessing (thanks D) and Elise stayed to comfort Melissa, which was a huge blessing as Kent was at a movie with his brother and couldn't be there. Brady, Cassidy and Isabella were so excited to welcome this new and last addition to our family. We love you baby Luke.

Island Park

We went to Island Park this Easter and the kids had a great time.

Isabella's Birthday 3/3/03

Bella's Birthday was a blast. She took some of her friends to Build-A-Bear and she had so much fun making her stuffed cat. She had a cheesecake for her birthday which she loved.

Brady's Birthday 2-4-08

Brady turned 11 this year. Time passes so fast. He loves the rip stick he got from Mom and Dad. He got to go to a place called Speed Street and race go-carts with his friends.

Disneyland - January, 2008

In January this year we went to Disneyland. Mom thought we needed one last hurrah before the new baby comes. We met our good friends, the Woodwells there and spent 5 fun filled days at Disneyland and California Adventures. It was good that the plane ride there and back was short because Bella had a cold and cried off and on that her ears hurt. Our hotel was across the street from Disneyland, so we were able to walk back and forth every day. Brady loved all the fast rides and had a blast spending time with Mckay. Cassidy is our daring child and also loved all the fast rides. She cried when there was ONE she was too small for. Bella was a trooper and keeps asking when we are going back. They also loved swimming at the hotel with their friends.
